Mr. Abdulla Rashid Al Mheiri

Partner

Mr. Abdulla Rashid Al Mheiri is an MBA in the accounting and finance field from the University of Dubai. Having more than five years of experience in the internal audit field, he is currently working in the position of Deputy Manager in a government entity. He is also a member of the UAE Internal Audit Association. He has a well-rounded experience in financial, operational and corporate governance, in-depth knowledge of the country's laws and regulations, and sound experience and creativity in planning and proposing business solutions.

Mr. CA Navin Devjani

Managing Partner

Mr. Navin Devjani, the Managing Partner of AMD Dubai, is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1997 and a Certified Public Accountant from the USA. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and financial services. He has independently handled large-sized audits in various industries including service, manufacturing and trading organizations, dealing with people at all levels. Mr. Navin has been practising in Dubai for the past 10 years. He held the position of senior auditor at Mahendra Asher & Co, Dubai — a well-known audit and management consultancy firm existing for more than 20 years in Dubai. During his tenure from 1998–2004, he single-handedly carried out special assignments for clients for operational improvements through system audit; his area of expertise is audit, both statutory and internal, and the evaluation of internal control systems with a special focus on value add. Mr. Navin has also worked as Finance and Accounts Manager at Zafco FZCO, Dubai from 2004–2008, where introducing a professional accounting system from the start-up stage and implementing budgetary controls for better control of expenses were among his key achievements. He was appointed as CFO at ZTI Tires Inc. in Miami, USA from 2008–2010.
